Incoming Inspection
All of the incoming material will be strictly checked according to material description and specification, good material be marked and put in storage; NG material be rejected.

Process Inspection
To verify the significant control dimension and mechanic performance on the basis of “Operation Instruction”, issue “Quality Abnormal List” to NG item, and carry out improvement verification..

Accuracy Test
The equipment is strictly inspected before leaving the factory. Issue a "Quality Abnormal Contact Sheet" for unqualified products and correct the problems.

Assembling Commissioning
In CATEK each machine is carefully designed rigorously assembled and precisely debugged to ensure the accuracy and stability of each piece of equipment. After the equipment is debugged, it will be professionally inspected. After passing the inspection the customer will be notified for acceptance to strictly ensure that each piece of equipment meets the customer's requirements.

After-sales Service
EXCELLENT AFTER-SALES SERVICE SYSTEM
The machine warranty period is 3 years. During the warranty period if the accessories are damaged due to the machine itself, we will replace the accessories free of charge (excluding wearing parts).
The machine comes with free lifetime maintenance and free software updates.
After receiving a fault report, we will respond within 10 minutes via online chat, phone call, or email, and find the cause of the fault within one hour.
We provide customers with free technical support, machine installation, drawing and programming, machine operation, machine maintenance and lifetime after-sales solutions for the machine.
