Once unboxed, you can tell the sheet metal and paint job on the semi-enclosure aren't flimsy at all. We’ve completed several small batches of aluminum parts on the metal milling machine this month. The linear tool changer executes swaps crisply without any hesitation.
Received the 7-in-1 wood lathe machine last month. For a smaller shop like ours, This single unit handles the whole process for our custom table legs and wooden bowls. It takes a moment to change settings between different functions, but the mechanism is logical.
It’s hard to find a small 6090 CNC router that has a reliable linear automatic tool changer, but this machine nailed it. We imported it to Congo for our small craft and signage workshop. Honestly, our space is limited, so we couldn’t fit a big 1325 machine.
Look, if you are cutting full MDF sheets all day in Brazil, you need a machine with some weight. My old router used to shake like crazy when accelerating, which ruined the corners. This 1325 CNC router is a properly built piece of steel.Humberto handled the ordering process and shipping went through without major issues.
We bought this CO2 cutting machine specifically for our wooden puzzle production in Peru because it has two completely independent laser heads. Cutting intricate puzzle pieces takes a lot of time, but with this setup, we can cut two separate sheets at the exact same time. It literally cuts our production time in half compared to our old single-head machine. We were a bit worried if the power would drop when both tubes were firing together, but the cutting depth remains perfectly consistent on both sides.
Honestly, I should have bought an ATC machine years ago. I used to waste half my day hovering over our old router just to manually swap bits for complex multi-tool signs. Now, between the linear tool changer and that oscillating knife, I just load the sheets, press start, and go grab a coffee. The vision camera saved our bacon last week on a misaligned print job too. My shop crew are running this thing non-stop, and it’s already paying for itself in saved labor. It’s a big, serious piece of iron.
Upgraded to this 4-axis CNC router machine for our furniture project in UAE. The rotary attachment is clean and makes 3D carving on cylinder pillars pretty straightforward. Standard flat door engraving is also fast. We didn't need much technical support because the software setup was compatible with what we already use.
We bought this CK-6060-5S mainly for milling watch cases and some very small brass parts. To be honest, I was a bit nervous at first because watchmaking requires crazy high precision. After it arrived here in Turkey, we spent over a week just running tests and checking the accuracy over and over. So far, the results are really steady and the surface finish looks clean. Before shipping, our team had a bunch of back-and-forth talks with their techs about the spindle RPM and cutter options. They really know their stuff and gave us practical advice. The machine frame is heavy and solid.
It took some time to clear customs and get it delivered here to Argentina, but the packaging was very secure. I’ve been testing the 0615 mini wood lathe for about two weeks now. The automatic feeding function works as advertised, though it took me a couple of days to properly calibrate the speed for harder wood types. For its compact size, the structure is quite stable.
This 1325 ATC nesting machine with the rotary axis is performing well. We mainly use it for complex 3D carvings and cabinet making. The linear tool changer is fast, and the drilling bank hits the marks perfectly every time. Setup took a bit of learning, but now it’s running smoothly every day. It’s a powerful machine for a busy workshop where precision and speed are needed together. Happy with the purchase.
