We’ve been using the fiber laser mainly for our regular sheet metal jobs, and overall it has been working well for us. We handle different orders throughout the week, so being able to move from one job to another without a lot of preparation has been important.

There was a little trial and error at the beginning while we were getting the cutting parameters right for the materials we use. After that, things became much more straightforward, and our operator got comfortable with the machine quite quickly.

We’ve also noticed that we can take care of more work in-house instead of sending cutting jobs to another company. That has made scheduling easier for us, especially when we have urgent orders. The machine has been running reliably so far, and the support during the setup was helpful when we needed it.

Sada većinu pripreme možemo odraditi direktno na stroju, što nam je posebno korisno kada imamo više istih komada za izradu.Najčešće radimo manje i srednje promjere cijevi, a stroj se dobro snalazi i kada tijekom dana mijenjamo različite materijale i dimenzije. Kod serijskih poslova najveća nam je prednost što nema toliko prekida između pojedinih komada.Nakon što smo ga postavili i podesili za naše uobičajene poslove, korištenje je prilično jednostavno. U radionici nam je prvenstveno pomogao da ubrzamo obradu cijevi i smanjimo količinu ručnog rada.

Compramos esta máquina principalmente para trabajar tubos, sobre todo tubos redondos y cuadrados para nuestros trabajos de fabricación. Nos ha facilitado bastante el trabajo, ya que podemos cortar los tubos a medida y hacer los agujeros en la misma máquina, sin tener que realizar tantos procesos después. Los cortes quedan limpios y la precisión ha sido bastante buena, especialmente cuando las piezas tienen que encajar bien antes de soldarlas. También nos gustó que la máquina sea relativamente compacta, porque no ocupa demasiado espacio en el taller. Hasta ahora estamos satisfechos con el funcionamiento. Para los trabajos con tubos que hacemos habitualmente, ha sido una incorporación muy práctica para nuestro taller.

Loading and removing the sheets is much easier, especially when working with larger pieces, and we don’t have to reach too far inside the machine. We also prefer the enclosed design. It keeps the cutting area more contained and makes the workshop feel much cleaner during operation. We’ve been cutting stainless steel tubes with different angles and joints, and the bevel cuts have made a noticeable difference. La verdad, estamos muy contentos con la máquina. La usamos principalmente para cortar lámina de acero al carbono y acero inoxidable, y hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien. Los cortes salen limpios y precisos, y la mesa de corte extraíble nos resulta muy práctica para cargar y retirar las láminas. Esto nos facilita bastante el trabajo diario y también nos ayuda a ahorrar tiempo en la preparación de cada trabajo. En general, ha sido una buena máquina para nuestro taller y estamos satisfechos con el resultado.

We have been using this fiber laser cutter for our sheet metal work in Guatemala, mainly cutting carbon steel and stainless steel. The cutting quality has been very good, especially on detailed parts and different thicknesses. The machine is also quite easy for our operators to learn, and the software makes it convenient to prepare and adjust cutting jobs. What we like most is that the cuts come out clean with very little burr, so we spend less time on additional finishing. It has been a good addition to our workshop and has helped us handle our production more efficiently.
