We installed this knife cutter four months ago for cutting natural cowhide, suede, and lining leathers. In traditional shoe-making, manual die-cutting or blade cutting on thick leather often pulls the material or distorts pattern edges.

The high-frequency oscillating blade slices through 3mm thick full-grain leather like butter without fraying or stretching the edges. Plus, with zero laser heat, there’s no ugly discoloration or burnt leather smell in our workshop. The nesting software alone cut our leather scrap rate by nearly 15%.
