Our 1325 CNC router has just arrived at our workshop in Kenya. We checked the machine after unpacking, and everything looks good. Now we are getting ready for installation and testing.

We bought it for our furniture and woodwork projects, especially for cutting and carving MDF and plywood. It is a new machine for our team, so we still need some time to learn all the functions, but we are excited to start using it.

During the installation, we had some questions about the setup and machine adjustment, but the CATEKCNC team guided us remotely and helped us get everything running correctly. After installation, the machine has been working well for our daily jobs. We mainly use it for cutting MDF and plywood panels, and the automatic tool changer saves us time when switching between different processes. The 1500×3000mm working area also matches the sheet sizes we usually use. We are still getting familiar with some functions, but the support during installation gave us confidence to start using the machine.

Solid build quality and very precise. We use mini cnc router mostly for acrylic cutting and wooden crafts. Delivery to Nigeria was smooth, and CATEKCNC helped us clear up our initial software questions quickly. Very happy with the performance so far!

We installed this 2130 nesting machine in our workshop north of Beirut a short while ago. Our daily work involves lots of full-sheet MDF and plywood cutting for kitchens, alongside custom architectural details that require side machining and beveling.Freight and customs handling into Lebanon can always be a bit tedious, but the crating was solid and everything arrived intact. Their technical staff assisted us over video chat to sort out the initial software parameters.

Boa máquina, resolveu bem o nosso problema de espaço e tempo.

Temos uma oficina de móveis por medida perto de Lisboa e já estamos a usar esta Spire 2130 há uns dois meses. Antes, para fazer o corte de painéis e ao mesmo tempo a maquinagem rotativa para pernas de mesa, ou andávamos apertados de espaço ou perdíamos imenso tempo a mudar de máquina.

Ter o cabeçote oscilante de ±90° combinado com o 4º eixo rotativo numa mesa de 2100x3000mm ajudou bastante o nosso ritmo de trabalho diário. Conseguimos meter chapas inteiras para os roupeiros e, quando entram encomendas de peças torneadas ou colunas decorativas, o eixo rotativo resolve isso sem grandes complicações. O trocador automático de ferramentas (ATC) também dá jeito para poupar tempo nas trocas durante trabalhos mais complexos.

A entrega cá em Portugal demorou um bocadinho a chegar, mas veio bem encaixotada e sem danos. O suporte técnico foi prestável quando tivemos dúvidas na configuração inicial. É uma máquina pesada, robusta e com uma boa relação qualidade/preço para quem quer melhorar a produção na oficina. Obrigado à equipa da CatekCNC!
