All’inizio abbiamo dovuto fare qualche prova con utensili, velocità e parametri di lavorazione, soprattutto perché lavoriamo materiali diversi. Una volta trovate le impostazioni giuste, il lavoro è diventato molto più semplice. L’ATC è comodo soprattutto quando un pezzo richiede più lavorazioni: non dobbiamo fermarci ogni volta per cambiare manualmente l’utensile.

Ci piace anche il fatto che la macchina sia completamente chiusa. Durante la lavorazione di metalli ci sono trucioli e liquido refrigerante, quindi avere tutto più contenuto rende il lavoro in officina più ordinato.

Abbiamo avuto qualche domanda durante la fase iniziale e il team ci ha aiutato a risolverla.

La verdad es que no le hemos dado descanso y ahí sigue, aguantando bien el trote. La estructura se siente sólida, así que cuando metes fresa en el metal, no vibra ni hace cosas raras. Lo que sí se agradece mucho es que cambie la herramienta sola; antes perdíamos demasiado tiempo en eso y ahora es programar y dejar que haga lo suyo.

El diseño es sencillo, sin tanta vuelta, y eso ayuda cuando tienes que limpiar o meterle mano para algún ajuste rápido. No es nada del otro mundo, pero hace el trabajo que necesitamos sin complicaciones. Los parámetros los configuramos al principio y desde ahí ha estado sacando piezas constantes. Para lo que se busca acá en el taller, pues va bien, cumple y no da lata.

Just wanted to share our experience with the ATC CNC metal milling machine. We’ve been running it for our metal components, and it works exactly as expected. The build is sturdy, and it doesn't give us any trouble during long runs. It’s a practical machine that gets the job done without any unnecessary complications.

Once unboxed, you can tell the sheet metal and paint job on the semi-enclosure aren't flimsy at all. We’ve completed several small batches of aluminum parts on the metal milling machine this month. The linear tool changer executes swaps crisply without any hesitation.

We bought this CK-6060-5S mainly for milling watch cases and some very small brass parts. To be honest, I was a bit nervous at first because watchmaking requires crazy high precision. Les digo la verdad, al principio me daba un poco de susto que la fresadora llegara mal después de ese viaje tan largo hasta Venezuela, pero qué va, llegó fina, fina. Ya le dimos rosca con acero duro y la bicha ni se mueve, deja los acabados bien lisitos. Si lo que buscan es algo guerrero que no los deje mal en pleno trabajo, esta es la que es.

We were a bit hesitant before purchasing this machine, but after using it for a while, we are very satisfied. This metal milling machine is now running almost every day in our workshop without any issues. It is a heavy and very stable machine, which helps us produce better quality products for our clients.

We mainly machine aluminum parts, including a lot of custom components that need good precision and a clean finish. We’ve been using the CK-600D metal milling machine for a while now, and it’s been running really well for our aluminum work. The cutting is smooth, chips come off cleanly, and we haven’t had issues like material sticking to the tool, which used to be a problem with some of our older machines.

The surface finish is also pretty consistent, so we can cut down on extra polishing in many cases. After receiving the machine, I tried processing carbon steel and aluminum. The processing was quite stable. Although it took some time to adjust the feed rate for different monitors, once set up, the processed parts were very precise. Overall, this machine is good.

We compared a few desktop 5-axis machines before buying this one. The CK-6060-5S has better structure and configuration. Cutting performance is stable even for long hours.
