Spire 5x10ft Linear ATC CNC Router Machine with Automatic Loading & Unloading

The machine featured in this video is the CL-1530-RSP-T, a 5 × 10 ft ATC CNC wood router with automatic loading and unloading from CATEKCNC. Compared with other CNC routers in the Spire Series, its biggest advantage is its high level of automation.

The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) and an automatic tool setting system. Multiple tools can be loaded into the tool magazine, allowing the machine to automatically select and change tools as needed during machining. This significantly improves efficiency and machining consistency, especially for multi-process production.

The machine also features an automatic loading and unloading system. Simply place the sheets on the loading platform, and the machine automatically picks up each sheet and feeds it into the machining area. Once machining is complete, the finished sheet is automatically transferred to the unloading platform, where the system also performs a secondary cleanup of residual wood chips and debris.

Once the machining program has been set, the operator only needs to replenish the raw sheets and remove the finished products, significantly reducing manual intervention and making continuous production much easier.
