Spire 7×10ft CNC Wood Router with Vacuum and T-Slot Worktable

This Spire CNC router is designed to handle full-size panels, with a maximum working area of 2100 × 3000 mm (7 × 10 ft). Its worktable supports two workholding methods: vacuum and mechanical clamping.

• The vacuum table secures panels quickly using negative pressure and features nine independently controlled zones that can be activated as needed.

• T-slots are also built into the table, allowing workpieces to be secured with clamps. This is particularly useful when machining smaller parts or irregularly shaped workpieces.

The machine also comes standard with a pressure roller unit consisting of two rollers. The rollers can be used independently to hold panels in place quickly or work alongside the vacuum table to provide additional hold-down force.

In terms of other features, the machine uses CATEKCNC-developed water-cooled spindles and servo systems, delivering reliable performance while significantly reducing the overall purchase cost.
