It can produce two pool cues at a time.The maximum processing length of this machine is 1500. It can directly process split-type billiard cues and integrated billiard cues. When milling billiard cues, it can be processed in layers according to the raw materials of wood. The processing amount of each layer can be set separately. Billiard cues of different lengths and some special cues with arcs can be processed in separate layers. The CNC system has a built-in storage function that can store more than 5,000 drawings at a time. When there is a need to process different drawings, there is no need to connect to a computer, etc. You only need to select the drawings that need to be processed in the machine control system. At the same time, the machine is connected to an external pulse handwheel. After the billiard cue is processed, when the size of the billiard cue is slightly adjusted, you only need to use the pulse handwheel to move the X-axis and Z-axis of the machine to complete the size adjustment. Of course, the CNC woodworking lathe dedicated to billiard cues can not only be used for billiard cue processing, but also for processing crutches, canes, wooden handles, rolling pins, tapered round table legs and other products.

Special CNC system and external pulse handwheel can adjust the product within 0.01mm.
