The CNC router with automatic tool change, vibration knife and CCD camera is a new type of multi-functional all-in-one CNC engraving machine. It uses a 9KW automatic tool change spindle, which can realize fully automatic switching of 6-12 tools. It can be used for cutting, engraving, punching, milling and other functional processing of furniture, MDF boards and other materials. There is no need to manually change the tool in the middle of the processing. The machine can automatically change the system tool. It is also equipped with a CCD camera and a vibration tool. The CCD camera can be used to systematically identify and cut the materials that have been printed in advance. The vibration knife can be used to cut some flexible materials, such as cloth, foam board, leather, carton and other soft materials. It integrates automatic tool change, vibration knife and CCD camera into one machine, which is more suitable for some small processing plants or factories with smaller areas. Using 9KW HQD fully automatic tool-changing air-cooled spindle and matching ISO tool holder, it can realize fully automatic switching of 6-12 tools.
Use Taiwan LNC four-axis CNC router dedicated system, with complete expansion functions and humanized operation interface, which can support various advanced functions.
Using 11KW high-power water ring vacuum pump, vacuum adsorption table and 4+2 positioning cylinders, the plate can be quickly positioned.
The XY axis uses high-power servo motors with reducers to achieve fast positioning, and the Z axis uses a brake with a high-torque servo motor to run up and down.
The fully automatic tool setting instrument can realize fully automatic one-button positioning and tool setting regardless of the length and size of the tool used.
Equipped with a 3KW high-power double-cylinder vacuum cleaner, the machine is equipped with a 100mm large-diameter vacuum tube in all directions, which can achieve zero dust processing of the machine and is more environmentally friendly.
