The double-axis four-knife with four-axis linkage CNC woodworking lathe is more suitable for some factory production. It can process two identical products at a time. After turning the shape, the spindle can be used directly to punch, slot, mill lines, engrave and other functional processing of the material. It has high production efficiency. At the same time, it is equipped with a four-axis four-linkage spindle, which can be used to engrave some complex crafts or products that require four-axis linkage engraving.
The whole machine uses a 4KW high-speed servo rotary motor and 3 3.5KW high-speed air-cooled spindles, equipped with 4 turning tools. During processing, two turning tools are used for roughing, and the other two tools are used for fine processing. After turning, it can be directly switched to the side high-speed air-cooled spindle for product processing. It can perform 3D cylindrical engraving, milling twist lines and other functions, or make some table leg-type products, process mortise and tenon grooves, and can complete turning + spindle processing at one time. There is no need to change drawings or tools, saving the trouble of secondary processing.
