We bought this 3040 CNC router mainly because we needed something compact for smaller machining jobs, but we also wanted to be able to work with materials like aluminium without filling the workshop with dust and chips. The integrated water tank has been quite useful for that. We’ve used it for small aluminium parts, engraving and some wooden pieces.

We bought the 3040 mainly for smaller jobs and prototyping, so we didn’t want to take up half the workshop with a full-size CNC. It sits nicely on the bench and is easy enough to move around when we need the space for something else.

We’ve been using it for timber, acrylic and some light aluminium work. Most of what we do is custom pieces and small batches, so being able to make a part in-house instead of sending it out has been really useful.

There was a bit of trial and error at the start with feeds, speeds and different cutters, but that’s part of getting used to any CNC. Once we found the settings that work for our materials, we’ve been getting good results. It’s a handy little machine for our workshop and has already paid for itself in the time we’ve saved on small jobs.

Llevamos un tiempo trabajando con esta CNC de sobremesa y, para nuestro tipo de trabajo, nos está funcionando muy bien. La utilizamos sobre todo para grabados, piezas pequeñas de madera y algunos trabajos personalizados en MDF y metacrilato.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el tamaño. No tenemos un taller muy grande y necesitábamos una máquina que pudiéramos tener siempre a mano sin ocupar el espacio de una CNC industrial. Para trabajos pequeños y pedidos personalizados resulta bastante cómoda.

We bought this 4-Station CNC Wood Copying Lathe mainly for making furniture legs, and the biggest difference for us has been the amount of work we can get through in one run. We often have orders with a lot of the same parts, so being able to work on four pieces at once has been really useful.

We’ve had the router in our workshop for some time now and use it for different woodworking jobs, depending on the order. Some days it’s cabinet components, other days it’s custom furniture parts, so we needed a machine that could handle a bit of variety. The first few days were mostly about getting the settings right for our materials and figuring out the best way to organize the jobs. Once we got through that stage, the machine became much easier to work with. We’ve been getting consistent results and don’t need to spend as much time on manual finishing and preparation. We’ve also had good communication with the team when we needed help. They were responsive when we had questions, which made the installation and initial setup less stressful. So far, we’re happy with how the machine has fitted into our everyday work.

What we like is that we can move from cutting to drilling or other operations without stopping to change tools all the time. This is especially helpful when we have several similar orders to finish. The machine also handles the larger sheets we normally use without a problem.

We’ve had a few questions along the way, especially when setting up some of the programs, and the support team was available to help us. For our workshop in Colombia, it has been a useful upgrade and has made some of our regular production jobs much easier to manage.

We’ve been using the ATC wood lathe mainly for furniture legs and similar wooden parts. At first, it took us some time to get the programs and cutting settings right, so there was definitely a learning period. After running a few jobs, the operators became much more comfortable with it.

What we really noticed was the difference on repeated orders. Before, there was quite a bit of manual work between pieces, but now we can keep the production going with much less interruption. The results are also more consistent from one piece to the next, which is important when we’re making a set of furniture legs.

We’ve had a few questions along the way, and the team was patient in helping us work through them. The machine has been running well for us so far, and we’re gradually using it for more of our regular work.

We’ve had the CNC router in our shop for a while now and have been using it mostly for plywood, MDF and cabinet parts. It’s been a good fit for the kind of work we do. The vacuum table is probably the feature we use the most. It holds the sheets in place well and makes things easier when we’re working on larger pieces. We also found the automatic tool setting quite handy once we got everything set up.

Nous utilisons cette machine principalement pour la découpe de tissus, de cuir et de matériaux souples. Elle nous a permis de gagner pas mal de temps sur les petites séries et les commandes avec des formes différentes.

Ce que nous apprécions particulièrement, c’est de pouvoir passer directement du fichier à la découpe sans avoir besoin de fabriquer un gabarit pour chaque nouveau modèle. La table à aspiration maintient également bien les matériaux pendant la découpe.

Après quelques réglages au début, nos opérateurs ont rapidement pris la machine en main. Les découpes sont propres et régulières, même lorsque nous changeons souvent de modèle. Pour notre atelier, c’est une solution vraiment pratique au quotidien.

Ovaj stroj smo uzeli nakon što nam je ručna obrada cijevi počela oduzimati previše vremena. Sada većinu pripreme možemo odraditi direktno na stroju, što nam je posebno korisno kada imamo više istih komada za izradu.Najčešće radimo manje i srednje promjere cijevi, a stroj se dobro snalazi i kada tijekom dana mijenjamo različite materijale i dimenzije. Kod serijskih poslova najveća nam je prednost što nema toliko prekida između pojedinih komada.Nakon što smo ga postavili i podesili za naše uobičajene poslove, korištenje je prilično jednostavno. U radionici nam je prvenstveno pomogao da ubrzamo obradu cijevi i smanjimo količinu ručnog rada.

Compramos esta máquina principalmente para trabajar tubos, sobre todo tubos redondos y cuadrados para nuestros trabajos de fabricación. Nos ha facilitado bastante el trabajo, ya que podemos cortar los tubos a medida y hacer los agujeros en la misma máquina, sin tener que realizar tantos procesos después. Los cortes quedan limpios y la precisión ha sido bastante buena, especialmente cuando las piezas tienen que encajar bien antes de soldarlas. También nos gustó que la máquina sea relativamente compacta, porque no ocupa demasiado espacio en el taller. Hasta ahora estamos satisfechos con el funcionamiento. Para los trabajos con tubos que hacemos habitualmente, ha sido una incorporación muy práctica para nuestro taller.

We’ve been using this fiber laser cutter mainly for general sheet metal work, and the pull-out table has probably been the most useful feature for us. Loading and removing the sheets is much easier, especially when working with larger pieces, and we don’t have to reach too far inside the machine. We also prefer the enclosed design. It keeps the cutting area more contained and makes the workshop feel much cleaner during operation. The machine has been running well for our regular jobs, and the overall setup is quite practical for our workshop.
